Kim Joseph "Joe" King, 45, of Sioux City died Thursday, July 5, 2007, at his residence.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel, with the Rev. Valerie Heller officiating.
K. Joe King was born June 12, 1962, in Sioux City, the son of William Arnold and Edna Mae (Bearden) King. He was raised in Sioux City and graduated from both West High School and Western Iowa Tech Community College. He was employed by the city of Sioux City as a hydronics engineer for the past 20 years.
Everyone truly loved Joe Bob. Some of his loves included his Balky and his pet, Dogbert. He was always a real homebody and you would often have to go there to see him.
He is survived by his fiancee, Becky Lynn Craven of Sioux City; and two brothers, Kevin King of Sioux City and Kenny King of Oxford, Wis.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, David King.
