Steven E. Frank

Steven E. "Steve" Frank, 58, of Sioux City, passed away Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, a Sioux City hospital.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21 at Larkin Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Homes.
Steven Eric "Steve" Frank, the son of Richard and Dolly (Shinkle) Frank, was born on Aug. 3, 1959, in Jackson Hole, Wyo. He graduated from high school in Sacramento, Calif. in 1977.
On July 10, 1982, Steve was united in marriage with Peggy Liggett in Dayton, Wyo. He managed different companies over the years, which led the couple to Sioux City in 1992. Steve then worked for various wholesale companies before his retirement in 2013.
Steve enjoyed cooking, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.
Steve is survived by his wife, Peggy of Sioux City; his children, Justin Abel of Martinsburg, W.V., Chelsea (Dustin) Brown of Sioux City, Nick (Krista) Frank and their daughter, Lainey, of Taylor, N.D.; two brothers, Terry (Marilyn) Frank of Las Vegas, Nev., and Wayne (Tina) Frank of Sacramento; and many other relative and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Joseph and Dean; and a sister-in-law, Cheryl.
Steve continued to give to others after his death by being a Gift of Life Donor for the Iowa Donor Network.
