Robert F. Watkins, age 88, of Sioux City passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020 at a local care facility.
Robert Fay Watkins, the son of Lester and Bertha Watkins, was born January 7, 1932. He was the superintendent of maintenance at IPB in Sioux City. He married Lula Keifer on January 7, 1950.
Robert is survived by his wife, Lula Watkins; daughter, Joetta (Dewey) Austin of Jefferson, SD, and their children, Tina, Trisha, Todd; his son, Richard (Jackie) Watkins of Salem, SD, and their children, Travis, Bryce, Jessi; his daughter, Roberta (Larry) Minter of Jefferson, SD, and their children, Shara, Laura, Marcus; his son, Thomas Watkins of Sioux Falls, SD, and his children, Jennifer, Lyndsay, Meghan, Jeff; along with many great grandchildren; two sisters, LaVonne Prescott of Marcus, IA, and Darlene Sutton of Elba, AL.
