Loran Larson, age 75, of Sioux City passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020 at his residence.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Christy-Smith Funeral Homes, Morningside Chapel located at 1801 Morningside Ave. Sioux City, IA. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Loran Larson, the son of Raymond and Fern (Kaelke) Larson, was born April 19, 1945 in Sioux City. He grew up in the area and graduated from Woodbury Central High School. Following high school he began working in Sioux City.
He enjoyed watching movies at home. He was a very loving man to his family.
Loran is survived by his wife, Candy Larson; children, Chris, Wendy, and Travis; sisters, Carolyn and Gloria.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, April.
