Jack M. Truette, 81, of Sioux City, Iowa, died Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at Casa De Paz Health Care Center in Sioux City. There will be no funeral services.
Jack was born August 13, 1936 in Poca, West Virginia to Delmar V. and Ruby P. (Landers) Truette. He attended school in Poca and entered the Air Force after school. He worked as a security guard and loved supporting the Charleston Charlies baseball team.
Jack is survived by a daughter Tamara Peterson and son-in-law Robert Peterson of Kearney, Nebraska; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Trudy Hammel of Omaha, Nebraska.
